managing this information for the purposes of contacting you or sending
you emails based on your expressed request for information and to contracted
service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications

will I know whether you received my order that I placed on the web?
After
you submit your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirming
that your order was received. You will be sent another e-mail when your
order has shipped, which will contain a shipment tracking number for
your reference so that you can track your package online.
Can
I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
Yes
you can change or cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail as
soon as possible after submitting your order.
What
if my order is lost or stolen during shipping before I received it?
All
shipments from the Galilee Jewelry are shipped fully insured via the
United States Postal Service. You are not responsible for the loss of
a parcel until you or someone at your shipping address has signed for
it.
How
often are items added to the website?
New Items are added to our website every day.
We have many items which are not yet on our website.
What
are your Return / Exchange Policy?
Returns: All items are subject to a four day return upon delivery. Merchandise
must be unworn, and accompanied by the original packing list/invoice.
Items will be returned for a refund or replacement, less shipping charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any purchases. We do NOT refund
the cost of shipping and handling, only the purchase price of the item.
Damaged Items: All merchandise must be inspected immediately. Damage
Claims must be made within 4 days of delivery. If you think you have
a damaged claim please contact us at Service@GalileeJewelry.com or call
us at 1-718-879-2734. A customer service representative will be glad
to help you return the items for a replacement. The original packing
slip must be included with your returned damaged merchandise.
Return Authorization Required: Before you return or exchange any item
for any reason, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization
number (RA) and shipping instructions. A return Authorization number
(RA) is required for all returns or exchanges,
We highly recommend that you return your merchandise via common carrier
(UPS, FedEx, etc) that will provide you a tracking number. Items sent,
but not received by GalileeJewelry.com, will NOT receive credit as an
accepted return. Items received without a Return Authorization Number
(RA) will be refused and sent back to you.
